My Serendra at Fort Bonifacio Global City, Taguig near Makati ** UNOFFICIAL TEST SITE

Actual accomplishment is at 87.152% (on schedule) with wet works substantially completed, curtain wall glass installation ongoing at the 48th floor, and sealants application ongoing up to the 35th floor. For architectural dry works, wood parquet is now up to the 46th floor. Gypsum Wall framings are up to the 46th floor, followed closely by drywall installations. Podium finishing works are at full blast; with aluminum lattice works ongoing at the parking levels.

In addition, EEI and Design Coordinates, Inc. (DCI) achieved 5 Million Safe Manhours, a testament to the Project Team’s commitment to quality and safety.

SAN LORENZO TOWER

Actual accomplishment is at 20.422% (on schedule). Corewall poured up to the 16th level, with formwork preparation at the 17th floor. Slabs and columns are concreted at the 15th level, and architectural wet works are ongoing from the 7th up to the 9th floor. Installation of building safety nets and canopies are also installed up to the 11th floor.

In addition, Makati Development Corporation (MDC) and Jose Aliling and Associated (JAA) achieved 1 Million Safe Manhours.

MANILA TOWER

Actual accomplishment is at 1.630% (on schedule). SKI Construction Group has already been selected as the general contractor, and interior design works commenced with Lor Calma Design, Inc. as the interior designer. APMC completed its underground utility civil works, awaiting Meralco’s team to relocate the electric posts along the building perimeter prior to start of excavation.  Completed guide wall concreting, and there is ongoing fabrication of diaphragm wall rebar cages.
